Winter access requires snow tires or chains, as the steep hill can become icy and potentially hazardous, highlighted by a car sliding into a tree during our stay. Additionally, there might be some frustration regarding the outdated decor and the lack of housekeeping throughout multi-night stays, including no towel exchange or cleaning during our visit, which felt off for a longer vacation.

The game room includes darts and a pool table, which was fun for our family. Lack of laundry detergent was surprising and inconvenient.
